It makes economical sense to create an energy efficient house according to each Suteki Home project. There are many subsidies available from different authorities for energy efficient building. Suteki Home offers assistance in applying for these subsidies.

For example, the property tax for all building applications in 2016:

  1. Reduction of 50% for 5 years for E-level max. 30
  2. Reduction of 100% for 5 years for E-level max. 20

Gradual increase of energy efficient houses. E-30 will be standard by 2021

low energy house (min. requirement for 2016 E-level: 50), almost zero-energy house (max. E-level: 30 or less) and passive house (max. energy consumption for heating 15 kWh/m² floor surface per year).

Suteki Home adapts itself effortlessly to your family situation. Future renovations and extensions can be included during the planning stage. Large spaces are easily made into smaller rooms and vice versa.

Suteki Home uses simple and modern design concepts, integrating wood in both the structural and interior design. These design concepts originate from traditional Japanese construction methods and design principles. Nevertheless, the wood can always be kept out of sight by integrating it into the ceiling.
