Ecological and energy efficient

Suteki Home, nice living

It makes economical sense to create an energy efficient house according to each Suteki Home project. There are many subsidies available from different authorities for energy efficient building. Suteki Home offers assistance in applying for these subsidies.

For example, the property tax for all building applications in 2016:

  1. Reduction of 50% for 5 years for E-level max. 30
  2. Reduction of 100% for 5 years for E-level max. 20

Gradual increase of energy efficient houses. E-30 will be standard by 2021

Energy efficient

Suteki Home has three types of energy durable houses :

low energy house (min. requirement for 2016 E-level: 50), almost zero-energy house (max. E-level: 30 or less) and passive house (max. energy consumption for heating 15 kWh/m² floor surface per year).

Trees absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen in the air. One cubic meters of wood contains one tonne of carbon dioxide. The production of construction wood has a small carbon footprint.

Plant trees, plant houses, the natural way of Suteki Home.
